week out.

I have made it to San Francisco. As I have continued south the weather and driving conditions have steadily gotten better. I took highway 1/101 through the redwoods and have been driving right next to the coast for hundreds of miles. The coastal views are breathtaking and the village scenery is of a different country. The trip is already worth it.

I have met some interesting characters similar to myself who are on the same adventure. Last night I stayed at a hostel by reyes point. It was a physical relief and also a socially enjoyable night. As I look forward, I am looking to stay at another hostel tonight out by the golden gate bridge, then camp around that area by the weekend and hopefuly stay with some family friends before I leave.

It looks like I'm around halfway done with my march toward San Diego. The bike is holding up and I'm still excited to get on it every morning... So I look forward to seeing family for the holidays!

Hope everyone is well.
